Nobody likes staying at home ___(1)___ a public holiday - especially if the weather is ___(2)___. Last August we decided to ___(3)___ the day in the country. Now everything was ___(11)___ , so we sat down near a path at the foot of a hill. It was very quiet in the cool grass … until we ___(12)___ bells ringing at the top of the hill. What we saw made us pick up our things and ran back to the car as quickly as we could. There were about two hundred sheep coming towards us down the path.
